Cards for Bad Credit
If you don't have much of a credit
history, or if your credit has been damaged for some reason, the following
card programs may be good options for you. These cards may not have the features and benefits offered by applications intended for individuals with perfect credit, but they can be good substitutes while you work on improving your history and score.

If you've been turned down for a regular unsecured credit card, perhaps you should consider a prepaid credit card, which is a card that you actually prepay, or load, from your
bank account, ATM or other banking option. A prepaid card works well by restricting you from piling up a big balance that you will trouble paying for.
Having bad credit isn't the end of the world. If you can't get accepted for one of the best cards, there are credit cards for people with poor credit that you can apply for. These cards may carry
a higher interest rate, have a lower credit line or require an annual fee.
